  Friendly staff abd good service, but I don't like the double drive thru set up.

  My experience started off alright. The girl who served me seemed moody. Anyways, I had purchased a frosted cinnamon roll and small french vanilla. All was good so far until I opened to see my cinnamon roll had two hairs in the frosting. So I go up very politely and ask if I could get another instead which was fine. Then I sit down and taste my FV and it tasted off like sugary water. I was getting frustrated at this point and felt bad but I returned that and exchanged my drink for an ice cap instead. Well, with the annoyed looks I was getting from staff I just left. The ice cap was made wrong to. So I was not happy with my experience!

  It's like most Tim's lots of parking and good service plus it has a double drive thru to order from. And the service is good.

  Never thought I'd review a Tim Hortons, but this is the worst location I've ever been too. They had at least 8 staff members working, I was 4th customer in line and it took me 12 minutes to get a coffee. They seemed disorganized, rude and not working together. Avoid this location, incredibly poorly run.
